Andrew Metz (Andy) is a seasoned installation and remodel specialist who serves as Level One's vice-president of operations. Mr. Metz leads numerous teams throughout the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico, implementing project details to completion and beyond.
Mr. Metz began his career as a pro hockey player, drafted by the Ducks in Anaheim, California. Injury cut his hockey career short, and he embarked on a career with Coca-Cola in early 1993. He worked in the Southern California market for Coke until he joined Level One in 2000. Mr. Metz received several awards while at Coke, including Account Manager of the Year in 1996.
He currently divides his spare time between golf and coaching his son's baseball team.
Rick Morris has served as the Vice-President of Level One Inc. for over ten years. Mr. Morris represents Level One as the client liaison, where he develops, implements, and oversees all projects.
His diverse background includes a 33 year tenure as an engineer for the Southern California fire Department, where he served on the heavy rescue/disaster relief team. He was a decorated engineer, who worked to develop and was an integral part of the city's safety team. In addition, he owned and operated his own masonry company, where he designed and built a multitude of construction projects.
Mr. Morris volunteers his time to several community projects, including his local sports park, where he also enjoys playing softball. He is an avid fisherman who steals time on his boat whenever possible.
Claudia Morris serves as the chief executive officer and president of Level One Installation and Remodel Services Inc. Ms. Morris brings over 30 years of industry and operational experience to Level One Inc.
She began an entrepeneurial career as the founder and president of Shelf Watchers Inc., a grocery and drug merchandising company in 1980. Ms. Morris provided services to major manufacturers including Proctor and Gamble, SC Johnson, Ralston Purina, and General Mills, among others. She eventually joined forces with PIA Merchandising Company, Inc., where she developed and expanded Retail Resources, a premier national entity. She successfully secured merchandising and installation services for new classes of trade, including mass merchandisers, home center/hardware stores, department stores, and consumer electronics stores.
Presently, in addition to her role at Level One, she serves on her local county services board, where she aids in the development of San Diego county parks and community services.
